Another broken salt pot

I broke another salt pot today

It crashed to the floor and there it lay

In hundreds of pieces with salt everywhere

But never mind eh, I don't really care

Cos I purchased another when the last one broke

My sister was there with her husband bloke

“Don't worry”, said I, “another have I

A spare one is something I regularly buy”

So next time I pop to my Sainsbury's shop

A salt pot for 99p I will drop

Straight into my trolley and then I will know

That dropping my salt pot won't cause any woe
